Objective:

To create a better working place while enhancing my skills in Information Technology while maintaining my education at University of Central Florida.

Previous Work History:

• Linux Support Analyst (05/2008 - Present) for HostDime.com. Member of the Sales and Support team who specialize in Linux server support and management. Experience includes advanced Server troubleshooting, maitainance, and customer service.
• Advanced Systems Technician (10/2007 - 05/2008) for the University of Central Floida's Course Development and Web Services department. Member of the "Advanced Systems" team who specialize in Advanced coding and infrastructure support for the department. Experience includes advanced management of 50+ computers and managing the infrastructure of the department.
• Web Designer/Support Technician (03/2007 - 10/2007) for the University of Central Florida's Course Development and Web Services department. Member of the "Techrangers" team who regularly assists students in creating and supporting content for online learning. Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills used often.
• Freelance Computer Repairman (Ongoing) for various clients with myself as my boss. Repairs included Hardware and Software problems. Different skills required were ability to troubleshoot correctly, solve software problems correctly and in a timely manner, and recommend sufficient hardware fix for the best possible financial price and quality. Recommended to many different clients and became very well known for my expertise in Computer Repair in the local area.
• Network Specialist (08/2000 - 05/2004) serving for John Carroll Catholic High School. Both designed and implemented a very complex networking system for the school as well as maintaining their web page all while still maintaining my high school education. Also served as a repairman for teachers whenever they had computer trouble. Normally fixed Software problems within 30 minutes and hardware problems diagnosed correctly within an hour.

Education:

• High School: (2000-2004) Attended John Carroll Catholic High School. Graduated with Honors, Top 10 in class, and GPA of 4.3. Acquired a SAT score of 1330.
• College: (2004-Current) Currently attending the University of Central Florida. Majoring in Information Technology. Last Semester GPA of 3.2.
